The Trouble with Harry
in two cinematic events on both stage and screen!
One Story. Two Ways. Double the Trouble.
More than 70 years after Alfred Hitchcock filmed The Trouble with Harry in Vermont, On Goldfish Pond Creative presents Hollywood, VT: The Trouble with Harry, a two-event celebration of this darkly comic classic at the Latchis Theatre in Brattleboro.
Based on the novel by Jack Trevor Story, adapted for the screen by John Michael Hayes, and brought to life in Hitchcock’s 1955 film, The Trouble with Harry returns with a contemporary Vermont-connected cast, including Tom Bodett (Wait Wait… Don’t Tell Me!, Motel 6), Myra Flynn (singer-songwriter and journalist), Jeanine B. Frost (writer, director, and actor), and Chris Dorman (PBS’s Mister Chris and Friends).
