Event Theater Rental

The Latchis Theatre is Southern Vermont’s premiere home for an array of public events, including concerts, theatrical performances, comedy shows, special film screenings, conferences, corporate events, seminars, fundraisers, and weddings. The Latchis Theatre is pleased to offer our elegant spaces for your special occasion that needs a venue.

MAIN THEATER PRICE INCLUDES

Availability of stage lighting; on and off only

Moving and re-setting the movie screen

Price does NOT include:

Lighting Operator to design, focus, install gels, or run the show. Lighting must be restored to original positions at end of performance.

Sound equipment or technician. Latchis sound equipment may be used for an additional fee.

Stage Manager to coordinate load in and load out, operate stage lights and coordinate house lights, instruct front of house volunteers and ushers, assist artists during running of the show.

Latchis Arts will be happy to provide names of recommended providers of these services upon request.

Other Services

Arranging box office personnel and ushers – $100

Use of Digital projector or theater projector – $199

PA System with one microphone – $100 ($15 each additional microphone)
Use of portable acoustic shell, with set-up and breakdown – $75
$1.00 per ticket sold surcharge to support Latchis Arts’ work to preserve the historic Latchis Memorial Building.

I wanted to take a minute to express our gratitude for helping us make our daughter’s birthday a success. It was great to have the opportunity to rent the Ballroom theater to watch one of her favorite movies.
