In fulfilling its mission to promote and host cultural activities for the benefit of our community, Latchis Arts collaborates every year with dozens of arts organizations, social service providers and independent artists to bring live events and other special programs to our theater. Most of these events raise funds and awareness for other organizations, leveraging our venue as a big stage for greater good. Playing well with others, through collaboration and partnership, is a key core value of Latchis Arts, whose mission also focuses on preserving and stewarding the Latchis Memorial Building for future generations.

Latchis Arts also creates its own programs to complement the community’s rich palette of offerings. Our ‘Movies for Kids’ series and ‘Exhibition on Screen’ films along with the popular simulcasts of the Metropolitan Opera, the National Theatre and the Bolshoi Ballet are examples of this programming.
