Non-profits receive a special rental rate at The Latchis Theatre. Since we ourselves are part of a non-profit organization and are deeply dedicated to our community, we offer discounted rental rates for non-profit groups who wish to put on events in our theaters.

In The MAIN THEATRE and LATCHIS 4, Price includes:

• Availability of stage lighting; on and off only
• Moving and re-setting the movie screen; risers and seats in Latchis 4
• Set-up and breakdown of sound baffles in Main Theatre

Price does NOT include:

• Lighting Operator to design, focus, install gels, or run the show. Lighting must be restored to original positions at end of performance.
• Sound equipment or technician
• Stage Manager to coordinate load in and load out, operate stage lights and coordinate house lights, instruct front of house volunteers and ushers, assist artists during running of the show.
• Names available on request.

Other fees:

• Arranging box office personnel and ushers $50
• Digital Projector $75 PA System w/one microphone (Add’l @ $15 ea.)
• $1.00 per ticket sold*Events that require set up prior to 4:00 p.m. may be assessed an additional fee.
